These terms apply to orders placed with Treat Yourself Cake Pops, LLC. By submitting an order request, you agree to the terms below.

Order Requests

All orders placed through this form are requests and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation via email or phone from Treat Yourself Cake Pops. Pricing is subject to change based on design complexity.

Lead Time

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all orders. Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery. Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event date will receive a deposit refund minus a 20% processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Design changes may be requested up to 48 hours before the event date, subject to availability.

Pickup & Delivery

Orders must be picked up during the selected time slot. Late pickups are held for 1 hour, after which the order may not be available. Delivery is available within the Breaux Bridge and greater Acadiana area for an additional fee. Treat Yourself Cake Pops is not responsible for damage after handoff.

Allergies & Dietary

All products are made in a home kitchen that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take care to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Please note any allergies in the Special Instructions field.
